He was knowledgeable about the Anchorage area, helped to notify me if a listing opened up that met my criteria, and was always willing to tour with me. For the one instance where Jim was out of town, he found other realtors to help us tour a property before it left the market. It seemed like Jim really cared about helping me find a new place rather than just going through the motions.
